Naefaces, LLC Terms and Conditions
S-1: Service Intake and Consent Forms: Service intake and consent forms are mandatory for any person(s) that receives services from Naefaces, LLC. These forms are non-negotiable and required prior to any performed service. Failure to complete any required forms will result in service denial. After your first initial client intake form is collected, you will only be required to provide consent before each new service.
S-2: Health and Safety: 1. To protect all valued clientele and the service provider(s), preventative health regulations are enforced. 2. Prior to receiving your service, your intake or consent form will be thoroughly evaluated to ensure you are a good candidate for the service you intend to receive. 3. If it is deemed that you are in fact not a good candidate, you will be released from your appointment and denied service. 4. If the client intends to book a service and has an active COVID-19 result test in process, the client will not be permitted to receive service until a negative result has been received. 5. If the client displays any COVID-19, MONKEY POX, or flu-like symptoms including but not limited to; fever, aches, chills, excessive cough, excessive sneezing, abnormal rashes, etc.)
S-3A: Service Payment:
All service payments are non-refundable.
S-3 B: Naefaces Non-Refundable Payment Policy:
At Naefaces, we strive to provide exceptional services to our valued clients. To ensure clarity and transparency regarding our financial obligations, we have implemented a non-refundable payment policy for all services rendered, including payment plans. Please carefully review the following details:
Non-Refundable Policy:
Once payment is made for services/products rendered by Naefaces, including payments made through payment plans, it is important to note that all payments are non-refundable. This policy strictly applies to all services and products provided.
Client's Financial Responsibility:
By agreeing to a payment plan and initiating services with Naefaces, the client accepts full financial responsibility for fulfilling the agreed-upon payment terms. Under this policy, the client acknowledges that any payments made or scheduled within the payment plan are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances that may arise.
Naefaces, LLC Liability:
Naefaces shall not be held liable or responsible for any financial default situations that may arise on the client's end, including but not limited to insufficient funds, payment method issues, or cancellation of payment plans without proper notification. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available and that payment methods are valid and up-to-date.
Inability to Modify Payment Plan Details:
Once a payment plan agreement has been reached and services have been initiated, Naefaces does not permit modifications to payment plan details, including changes to payment dates, amounts, or frequency. It is essential for the client to carefully consider and accept the terms of the payment plan before agreeing to proceed.
Refunds and Additional Payment Reimbursements:
Under this non-refundable payment policy, Naefaces does not accept requests for refunds or additional payment reimbursements. We encourage clients to fully review and understand the terms and conditions of the services and payment plan before making any financial commitments.

S-4: Service Rules and Regulations:
1. Upon arrival, your temperature will be taken. If verified that your temperature is over average, you will be asked to reschedule.
S-5: Fees and Charges:
1. Late fees are $15 USD. After 15 minutes, your appointment will occur a late fee. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be asked to reschedule.
2. If the client communicates with the service provider in a timely manner, a time extension may be granted if the schedule allows. If the schedule does not allow, the client agrees to follow policy orders and to reschedule their appointment within 24 hours or they will be charged a no-call/no-show fee which is 100% of the remaining balance.
3. No-call/no-shows will not be tolerated. If it is verified that you were a no-call/no-show, 100% remaining service balance will be charged to the card on file. If the client is willing to cooperate with this policy and understands and follows all terms and conditions, a second grace period will be permitted to waive the 100% remaining balance fee and allow the client to book again a second time after a new deposit has been submitted.
4. If the client rebooks or books manually, verbally or through the general booking site after their appointment they fully agree and understand all written policies which will still apply.
5. Once an appointment cancellation has been confirmed on the administrative end, the client will be responsible for cancellation fees (75% of the remaining appointment balance). After the cancellation has been confirmed, the booking process will reset. Additionally, once the cancellation has been confirmed, the client if eligible for service, will have to book through the website to submit a new deposit and intake form for service.
6. In the event that the client would like to schedule a date and time outside of normal service hours, the client will be responsible for additional before or after hour service fees. Pricing may vary on availability.
S-6: Service Deposits:
Applies to all services under Naefaces, LLC (manual, verbal, or through general website self-service booking). All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are required for appointment confirmation. Email info@naefaces.com for more information.
S-7: Service Refunds:
1. All initial payments and final payments are non-refundable. 2. If the client requests to leave prior to the completion of the service by the service provider, the client must still pay the remaining balance in full. 3. All funds will be collected by charging the card on file or by payment which the client provides. 4. In the event a client is turned away from service by the administrative end due to service contraindications (ie: medical reasons, etc.) the client will have accommodation options at the discretion and final say of the service provider.
S-8: Client Lash Service Accommodations: The client is guaranteed a 24-48 hour touch-up period free of charge for lash extension services. The client must communicate effectively to receive these service accommodations.
S-9: Denial of Service: Any staff of Naefaces, LLC reserves the right to deny a person(s) service. This denial will not require explanation from the administrative end. If it is proven that you have been denied service under distressful circumstances, you will be banned and blocked from booking with Naefaces, LLC in the future.
S-10: Appointment Rescheduling:
The client is allowed to make changes to their appointment at least 24 hours prior to appointment start time without penalty. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a $30 fee being charged to the card on file. For appointment rescheduling, the client is permitted two rescheduled appointment with a credit of their previous deposit. If the client seeks to reschedule a third time, the previous deposit will be voided resulting in the client having to pay a new deposit in full and schedule an appointment time through the official booking website (Acuity Scheduling). Rescheduling rules and terms of agreement apply (timing of cancellation, etc.) Deposits are valid to be used for rescheduling credit within 14 calendar days, if the candidate is eligible for deposit transfer.
S-11: Appointment Only: Naefaces, LLC is currently appointment only. Booking rules apply via acuity scheduling. We are unable to work over other artist's work, the previous work must be removed prior to service. Please contact customer service for more details (info@naefaces.com).
S-12: Appointment Cancellation: 1. General Cancellations: The client may cancel their appointment up to 48 hours before their scheduled appointment. After the 48 hours has been reached and the client wishes to cancel, the card on file will be charged 50% of the remaining appointment balance. 2. Consecutive Cancellations: In the event a client cancels or reschedules (3) times consecutively, the client will be banned from self-service booking and will be required to request a booking by contacting customer service directly to book and will be required to pay the service balance in full via invoice. All payment policies will still apply. 3. Coaching Client Unboarding: If it is deemed you are unresponsive to any of the requirements needed to move forward with your course, you will be released from any additional coaching. You will be directed with next steps if you would wish to restart your coaching/classes.
S-13: Loyalty/Coupons/Rewards: 1. All coupons/rewards are only able to be applied towards select services and store NF retail items. Rewards are non-transferable and non-refundable.
S-14: No-Guest Policy: NF has a no-guest policy during the time of appointment. Please arrive at your appointment alone. No kids or pets permitted.
S-15: Service Disclaimers: 1. Beauty Services: All service candidates under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian sign a consent form and provide verbal consent. Please review all details on client consent and intake forms for all services. Please ensure to answer all questions truthfully and carefully on your intake and consent form to prevent unwanted circumstances. Upon signing the intake and consent agreement, you also understand that Naefaces, LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions after or during your service. As some products used may contain latex if not other chemicals that may cause allergic reaction. Although this is not a common side effect from service, there are possibilities certain chemicals may cause reactions. In the event you have a medical emergency or urgent concern, please visit your designated or local physician immediately. 2. Coaching: General Community Membership is free of charge. New and approved candidates will be able to join when registration opens General Membership Includes: Access to FREE Virtual Live Trainings Hosted Weekly (May Vary), Access to TBBL Group Boss Chat (Motivation + Community and Networking), Access to Join Members Rewards Program, Workshops + Events, Access to Upgrade Services + Resources Eligible candidates must be: 18+ (If under 18, guardian permission needed), a beauty/esthetic aspiring or advanced business owner - Code of Conduct: All members must conduct themselves in a respectful and cooperative manner, failure to follow any rules and regulations of this conduct may result in release from The Beauty Boss League Community There is a no-tolerance policy for any third-party recording of any virtual live webinar or professional development service, legal disciplinary action will be enforced.
S-16: Service Release of Liability: Upon signing the client and intake form, you agree to release Venaé Owens or Naefaces, LLC of any liability and effects before or after service.
S-17: Appointment Availability: To request an appointment out of general service availability, please email info@naefaces.com.
S-18: Security of Service Provider: For the security of the premises and of the service provider, NF Beauty Studio is under 24/7 video surveillance.
S-19: Service Requirement: Prior to any service, the client is properly checked in with temperature checks and hand sanitizer. Additionally, to ensure a smooth an efficient service, please comply with all directions from the service provider. No makeup is requested at the time of appointment.
P-20: Product Sales: All products are final sale. In the event the customer has an issue with the quality of the product please contact our customer support email at info@naefaces.com for more information about client accommodations and product exchange eligibility.
P-21: Product Shipping and Handling: Please allow 1-2 business days for shipment handling and 3-5 business days for shipment arrival. Tracking numbers will be provided to customer upon shipment drop off. For any questions or concerns regarding your purchase, please email info@naefaces.com. P-24: Product Release of Liability: Upon purchasing a product from Naefaces, LLC. You agree and fully understand that Naefaces, LLC will not be held responsible for your actions or misuse of any product. Please do not consume any materials or fail to read instructions. Failure to read product instructions or use as recommended by the may lead to unwanted causes. Please ensure you have full knowledge about the product before purchase. Upon purchasing any product, you agree not to hold Venaé Breonna or Naefaces, LLC liable for any misuse or liability thereof the product.

Terms and Conditions for Downloading Intellectual Digital Property by Naefaces, LLC:
By downloading and using the digital content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
